Team building event

Place: Sopot, go-kart track KartCenter

Duration: 2h

Main attraction: Sodi GT5 Go-karts

Number of people: MAX.30

Price: 1 500 zł net/1h

+ (optional) 200 zł net podium ceremony with trophies and champagne

Itinerary:

1. Greeting - The group is greeted and introduced to our staff and the program for the event.  The race director will take care of the group at all times.

2. Safety briefing and instruction: Upon arrival, individuals will sign in and be assigned their gear (helmet, hygiene hat, gloves, suit and go-kart). Teams will be determined/ announced in the drivers’ meeting. Everyone will be instructed how to drive go-kart. Telemetry - Computerised results analysing driving performance of individual drivers will be issued at the end of the race.

Depending on number of people smaller groups will be formed (maximum 10 people in each group). All teams will go through the same stages listed below:

STAGE I – PRACTICE SESSION – 8 MINUTES

Teams will be introduced to the go-karting during 8 minutes practice time.

II group practice session (MAX 10 pax)

III group practice session (MAX 10 pax)

STAGE II – QUALIFICATIONS – 10 MINUTES

All drivers have 10 minutes to make their best lap time.

I group qualifications (MAX 10 pax)

II group qualifications (MAX 10 pax)

III group qualifications (MAX 10 pax)

STAGE III – THE RACE – 10 MINUTES

Fastest lap from the qualifications determines grid position. Single best lap time decides whether the driver goes through to the grand finale.

3. Grand final

STAGE IV – GRAND FINALE – 15 LAPS

The top 10 drivers in grid formation according to the fastest lap time from team’s event will go head to head to battle it out for 3 podium prizes.

4. Announcement of results/ Podium presentations

Now, it's time for high-fiving, bragging, and comparing your printed race reports.

For the best three drivers we can offer podium presentation prizes like champagne and trophies. Cost: 200zł

Your company name can be engraved on the trophies.

In between the go-kart racing, we invite you to our RaceLineCafe located on the first floor!

Sitting comfortably in air-conditioned lounge or relaxing on a deck chair on the terrace, you can enjoy delicious coffee in 15 flavours, cold beer or a snack.

RaceLineCafe can accommodate up to 60 people inside and 100 on the two terraces.

You can also order catering for the event. If you are interested in this feature we will be happy to present you with an extensive RaceLineCafe menu.

Catering prices range from 35 zł / person to 55 zł / person depending on selected menu.
